A prop builder is the half of the workflow before the parlay: choosing a single player prop. Player, stat, line, side. The bet is one question — has this player finished above this number often enough to be worth the price being asked — and a prop builder exists to let you answer it before you commit rather than after.

Those two numbers travel together on this site and they are printed together for a reason: a three-game window can only produce five possible percentages and one of them is 100%, which is how a fortnight of good form gets mistaken for a season. Last 5, last 10, this season and last season are shown side by side so a hot run reads as a hot run.
Then the splits, because they are where a line stops being one number. Home and away, against this opponent, on this much rest. And the game log itself, charted against the line, so you can see whether a rate came from a steady record or from two enormous nights carrying twenty quiet ones.
A prop builder is about one selection being sound. A parlay builder is about several of them combining into a ticket whose price is worth the all-or-nothing. Doing the second without the first is how people end up with six legs they could not defend individually.
